It’s easy to spend lots of time in our heads – or beyond, focused on the past or future. One of the best and easiest ways come back into your body, or down to earth, is to physically touch the ground.
Whether its just putting your bare feet on the earth, or your whole body – this is the easiest and quickest way to ground.
Do you like gardening? Also another excellent way to connect and be present – it’s also another excellent meditative activity.
