It’s day three of our 21 Day #fillyourcup Challenge. How did you go with yesterday’s challenge? Did you have a few minutes, or longer, outside? Or did you do something else that fills your cup?

Lets get creative today.  I love creating, I find it meditative. I can get totally absorbed in what I’m doing. Such good soul medicine.

My favourite thing to create are grids and mandalas, the vast majority of them being temporary, using crystals, shells, feathers, and oracle cards. I also love creating the crystal grids and dream catchers that I sell. My latest just for fun thing? Colouring in!

I’ll admit that at first I felt a bit guilty, colouring in. But then I realised that it was giving me that same meditative effect, as well as letting my inner child out to play and explore a little.

Now, I haven’t knitted or crocheted for many many years, but maybe you do? Or maybe you like to get creative in the kitchen? Maybe you paint, draw, take photos? I’d love to see some photos of your creations, please share!
