Day 20  of our 21 Day #fillyourcup Challenge, put your best foot forward.

Do you know how important our feet are? They connect us to the earth, they carry us through life. Did you know that muladhara, the root chakra, includes the feet too? So when your feet are not being looked after it can affect the legs, lower back and immune system too. The root chakra rules the our ability to stand on our own two feet and also find our path in life.

So how look after your feet? Here’s a few suggestions:

*Pedicure
*Put you feet up
*Foot reflexology
*Invest in shoes that fit properly (wide enough, and maybe lay off the high heels, they may be pretty, but we all know they are not good for any part of our body)
*Go outside and stand on the earth with bare feet
