Day 18  of our 21 Day #fillyourcup Challenge, shake it!

Dance when nobody is watching. Not because you’re not an amazing dancer, but because turning the music up and shaking it out is one of the quickest ways to reduce stress and release tension that I can think of. Super quick. Something bugging you? Feeling on edge? Turn the music up and dance it out.

You don’t need moves like Jagger. You just need to move. Keep moving until you feel every last drop of (insert emotion here) has cleared and been replaced with joy and a sense of freedom.

P.S. Dancing diffuses just about every single toddler tantrum. I’ll go as far as saying it also diffuses grown up tantrums too.
