Day 15  of our 21 Day #fillyourcup Challenge, ahhhhhh.

When was the last time you had a massage or other body treatment? Do you only book in when you’re in pain or injured? Have you ever had a massage? And I’m going to extend this line of inquiry to include energy work too (pranic healing, reiki, kinesiology), because in my experience, this also helps to either keep you or return you to a physical state of awesomeness.

I’m going to really challenge you now, book in for some body or energy healing, just for the pleasure of it, perhaps consider it preventative medicine, self care, self love.
