Day 13  of our 21 Day #fillyourcup Challenge, get the words out of your head.

Do you journal? I’ve kept one on and off over the years, since my early teens. It’s a great way to clear my head before bed, but in particular, I love keeping a journal for two reasons; as part of my gratitude practice – and – for inspiration, visions and dreams.

You don’t need a fancy journal, although if you’re like me and a bit of a stationery addict, maybe you already have some gorgeous notebooks. I find using a coloured or fancy pen helps too, makes it a bit more special.

So, there’s no skill required. Just write. Some days you will have a lot to say, other days, not so much. Write whatever comes tom mind. The more you write, the easier it gets.
