So, it would have been surprising if yoga didn’t make it into the challenge. Yoga has been a major part of my life for many years. Yoga, for me has transformed my life more than any other form of movement. It soothes and calms my nervous system. It stretches out the kinks in my body. It clears my mind. It brings me into the present. I could go on – yoga has a myriad of health benefits.

How do you fit yoga into your already full to over flowing schedule? I get it. Even as a yoga teacher, it can be tricky to get a regular yoga practice in, unless you take the pressure off and aim for small chunks of time, I wrote about it here.
