You’re new to yoga or want to return to your practice.
You like gentle flowing movement, and the way it helps stretch and tone your body while soothing your senses.
You just need a little weekly time to your self, to add a little kindness to your self care routine.
Yes, we will salute the sun, and sometime the moon. Mostly however, we will honour our bodies, nurture our nervous system, soothe our soul. Gentle flowing movement, creating fluidity where there has been stagnation, ease where there has been stress and strain, surrender where there has been struggle.
Completely appropriate for beginners and for those of us that recognise that slowing down, being present and mindful, is the way to create lasting change on the path to wellness.
